Letham Soup Kitchen

On Wednesday 17th October we start an exciting new venture in Dalreoch Place Car Park, Letham.

'Food for Thought' is a soup kitchen / food bank which will run for half an hour starting at 6.30pm every Wednesday.

We'll serve drinks and snacks and distribute small bags of helpful groceries each week. All FREE of charge to folk in the community who may be struggling.

Each week we'll also share a five minute 'thought for the day' from the Bible.

Over the last couple of days we've been at Perth College Freshers' Fair, speaking to students, distributing literature, pens and bags, and extending a welcome to our services and activities.

Football Group Awards Night...

We've had a great time with some of the young (and not so young) men from our summer football outreach tonight at our annual awards evening. Lots of fun, food, and a very challenging message about the importance of faith from Jamie McIlree.

The group has met for a game of football, followed by a short message from the Bible every Tuesday evening since April. We'll give our legs a rest for the next few months before restarting again in the new year!
