Remembering the Lord...

At 10.30am every Sunday morning we meet together to remember the Lord Jesus Christ.
On the night of His betrayal, Jesus said to His disciples "Do this in remembrance of Me" (Luke 22:19), whilst passing round a loaf of bread (a symbol of His body broken for us) and a cup of wine (a symbol of His blood shed for us). The service takes the form of open worship, in which members of the church pray and sing hymns of praise, before partaking of the symbols. |
